For the whole range of John Deere forestry equipment you have access to a complete package of professional services (consulting, technical support, service, equipment acquisition optimal solutions).
Through specialized team of technicians trained in Finland, you have qualified service operations and operational:
- preventive maintenance
- periodic revisions
- accident repair
- repairs.
We can perform chemical analysis of fluids used by forestry machines to determine their status of degradation. These reviews are provided by an approved John Deere laboratory from UK.
Training
We provide operators training for John Deere harvesters and forwarders, via a simulator but also in the woods, at the customer location.
We have a building dedicated for training with a classroom, facilities, a John Deere simulator and a test track for practice operating with our machines, integrated at the Regional Sales&Service Center from Sanpaul-Mures.
Forestry equipments rental
As a John Deere Forestry distributor we offer in Romania rental services of forestry equipments (specially forwarders), for distances between 500 m and 3000 m, with national coverage. You can choose for different rental periods, medium or long term, with or without operators. Upon your request we can assure you training for operators.The entire range of technical repair and maintenance services are included in the rental package.
Spare parts
We offer genuine spare parts and consumables (filters, service kits, drive belts, hydraulics, electrical components, oils, greases etc.) for the entire range of John Deere forestry machines.
